Our family spent our early years in Vietnam before moving to the Canada. We learnt our craft through studying traditional recipes and techniques, passed down to us by our grandmother and other family members. Without any formal chef training, we established a weekly supper club from our home in which we catered to local businesses and residential customers, which grew in popularity and was booked up weeks in advance. Eventually we took the plunge and opened Good Pho You in Ajax – and have inspired to develop the restaurant and hospitality industry in the growing city of Ajax.
